Wedding & Anniversary Film Photography

With temperatures in the 60’s for both Thanksgiving day and another beautiful 65 degree day on Saturday, we were all surprised to see a blizzard warning shoot across our phone notifications. John and I knew we weren’t going to get any snow, but boy were we wrong!  Since the blizzard did show its ugly head here in the Midwest, I decided to heat up our blog because I hate cold temps. Taking you back to the hottest day of the year it seemed, Kirstie and Adam’s Loose Park Engagement session. It seems these two didn’t mind the heat so much and they are getting married in January 2019! So it only made sense to have the engagement session in the Summer.

Kirstie and I met at Starbucks in late Spring to talk about her wedding plans. John and I didn’t get a chance to meet Adam until it was time for the session because he was currently working shifts on Fort Leavenworth Army base, Kansas. Kirstie had a lot of ideas and was DIY-ing her way thru it all. I was super impressed because I only claim to be a maker of some things and handmade things are not my forte. We set a day for the session and met in Loose Park. Kirstie brought her entire glam squad along for the session and she looked absolutely stunning in her LuLu’s dress. Adam was cool with it all and was so chill about everything, even the hot temps!

The session was so easy for me because these two are so cute together. They are flirty, love each other so much and just look so darn good doing it all!

Kirstie and Adam, we’ll see you two in January and i’m praying for warm, less blizzard like conditions! Come back HERE to see images from their wedding in a few weeks!
