Lyna and Abdul’s wedding was just a few short weeks ago and I am still exhilarated from this experience. When I met Lyna + Abdul on the plaza for their initial consultation, I could have only imagined what was in store for me on their wedding day. Don’t remember the engagement session? Click HERE.

I knew that this traditional Arabic wedding did not include a formal ceremony and that the day would be non-stop, but what I didn’t realize was how much culture these weddings come along with. From the time that my team and I entered the hotel to greet Lyna and her family it was go go go! I love that because when the day was over, it felt like we had just arrived! I love cultured weddings and this gave me so much life.

I can’t take you inside of the KC Convention Center on this blog because of the traditional aspects of this wedding, but what I am showing you are images throughout the day until we entered the Center.

Choosing a favorite would be the hardest thing to do because the dresses, makeup, tuxedos, music…the entire day was beyond amazing. These two have the most welcoming family and friends. They love each other dearly and it completely shows! Lyna has a smile that can change any negative moods and she smiled at Abdul like that the entire day. The funny thing about that is, Adbul knew exactly what to do to make her smile as bright as the sun, these two give me all the feels.
